Bring outside forms in from webpages, apps, files, or scans and turn them into reusable vault-ready flows.
This import studio now accepts copied app text, public webpages, uploaded files, and photo or scanner workflows. The app will now try native text extraction for PDFs, built-in OCR for images, and scanned-PDF OCR by rendering each page when no text layer is present before falling back to copied companion text. It will map what it recognizes into reusable sections, keep unmatched prompts in custom sections, and flag the cleanup step each source still needs.
Paste field labels from Adobe, Microsoft, or any other app that lets you copy form content.
Public URLsImport from a webpageFetch a public form page directly, then clean up the mapped fields before saving.
DocumentsUpload a fileBring in text, HTML, CSV, JSON, PDFs, or exported form files from your device, including scanned PDFs.
CamScanner-styleUse a photo or scanCapture paperwork from a phone or scanner and let the app try OCR before you need any backup text.
Vault autofillFill original documentUpload the original PDF and generate a filled copy from a saved family vault profile.
Prepare the outside form source
Start with the source you actually have. The importer will adapt its compatibility checks depending on whether you are pulling from copied text, a live webpage, an uploaded document, or a scan that still needs OCR cleanup.
Create the imported form
Once the mapping looks good, save it as a real form. You can still edit sections, rename fields, and trim imported custom sections afterward.
